STARS believes that respecting and looking after your environment should be of paramount importance when planning and hosting an event.

	Please include the following when considering your event:
	• Consider the effects of high impact items such as fireworks on local animals • If you predict high levels of visiting cars/coaches, consider the effect on local transport. • Is the site suitable for the size of event you have in mind. • Does the landlord/land owner fully understand the implications of your event. • Make a note of the site conditions pre and post event and rectify accordingly. • Litter collection and disposal.
